I am disappointed that my recent purchase did not meet the expected standards. Receiving an inaccurate order has been quite frustrating, and the lack of communication from the support team is concerning. This experience has been unsatisfactory, and I trust that these issues will be addressed with the appropriate level of urgency and professionalism. I look forward to your prompt assistance in rectifying these errors. I appreciate your attention to this matter and your efforts to resolve the situation.

Totally love my sleep mask . It’s my second . I like another for when I wash the other . Can’t do without it . Recently I was in hospital and it was fantastic to block out all the light from the ward

Best Sleep Mask I've Used
This is the most comfortable sleep mask I've ever used. It doesn't feel restricting or heavy on my face, and the silk feels lovely and smooth against my skin.
