Christmas Shipping Policy
For the 2025 holiday season, items purchased between November 01 and November 30, 2025 can be returned until January 31, 2026. Outside of this period the 60 days return policy applies.
To ensure you receive your items before 25 December:

- Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days)- Please place orders before 12pm (GMT) Thursday 18 December
- Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days)- Please place orders before 12pm (GMT) Friday 19 December

Order cut off time for UK orders same day despatch is 12pm GMT.
General Shipping
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Drowsy Sleep Co. Please find below the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. *Please note the timeframes are guidelines and delays can occasionally occur.
1. Shipment processing time
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. UK Orders received by 3pm will be despatched the same day. With regards to the first shipping day this is the first working day after the collection.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by up to 2 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. For BFCM weekend orders may be delayed in dispatch by up to 5 days.
2. Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) - £60.00 and up - Free
Express Tracked Shipping (1-2 business days) - £9.95
Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) - £4.95
WEIGHTED BLANKET
The weighted blankets are made to order and have an extended delivery. Please check the product page for delivery estimates.

3. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) (If you choose Tracked post). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
All orders are shipped from our distribution centre in Northamptonshire or Yorkshire.
Returns ship postage paid (we'll pick up the tab).
4. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Drowsy Sleep Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
Your order leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. Upon receiving your order please verify if you have received all the products you ordered.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, or something is missing, please contact us immediately at: support@drowsysleepco.com and we will find a satisfactory solution.
Drowsy Sleep Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before notifying us.
6. Returns Policy
Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
7. Pre-order items.
If your desired product is clearly marked as "pre-order", we are currently waiting for stock. You can still process the order, and you will receive it as soon as it is back in stock. If this will take more than four weeks we will contact you to advise. Any other items you order at the same time will be processed with the pre-order item when it is available. If you wish to receive other items sooner, please process them on a separate order (shipping is free). We thank you for your understanding.
