Drowsy Sleep Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Step 4: Once we receive your return, we will refund the full balance or any remaining balance back to your original payment method.

For International returns outside the UK:
International returns outside of the UK will be required to bear the cost of delivering/shipping the goods to us. Goods must be returned using recorded delivery so that the customer can demonstrate proof of mailing. Please contact customer service on hello@drowsysleepco.com providing, a) Order number, b) Full name, c) Postcode/ZIP code, d) Reason for return, e) Return tracking number.

Once we have received your returned order back to our warehouse, we will promptly issue a refund back to the original payment method you used at the time of purchase. Please note this may take 10-15 days after receiving the returned item/s.
If your order arrives damaged then please email us at support@drowsysleepco.com with photos demonstrating the damage and tell us in words what the problem is. We will take things from there with you.
If you want to return a product you bought, but you have already used it or you believe it is in a condition that is non-returnable, then please email us with photos and a description of the product and we will see if it is possible to accept a return.

When returning bundles, unless you return all items from the bundle you will be charged full price for the items that you decide to keep (at individual retail price) and only be refunded for the difference of returned item/s (at their bundle price).
If all items from the bundle are returned then you will be refunded for 100% of the total cost you paid for that bundle.

The Mulberry Silk Sleep Mask
Caring for your Drowsy silk mask is easy and just takes a little love. All masks are machine washable and made with the best quality silk. Check out our full care instructions ---> here.
This depends on the product you are using and what ingredients it contains. Some facial products do not stain or get soaked up at all. To be on the safe side, we would recommend allowing 15-20 mins after application of your eye cream/gel/oil, in the evening before putting the mask on. By following the care instructions that come with our eye masks, (also available on our website) you can wash them too from time to time to keep them silky and clean!
Momme is the count that’s used to measure silk’s weight and quality. It’s similar to thread count with other fabrics - so the higher the momme, the thicker and better quality the silk is. Our 22 momme silk sleep masks are the perfect balance between weight and density. The quality is pure heaven. You’ll know exactly what we’re talking about instantly once you’ve slipped one of them on for the first time. (And every time after that!)
Yes! Don’t let our silky, sexy masks fool you! The first ever Drowsy mask was the Midnight Blue which has been bought by thousands of guys too! To this day it remains our best seller for guys and girls and is 100% suitable for men too. Also, maybe consider our L’Amour Gold and Black Jade, which are also classic colours that would suit the more masculine types out there, but equally are very classy and chic and look great on anyones head! We are a unisex brand and we don’t discriminate.

Silk is recommended for sleep masks when you have eyelash extensions as the material is very light and soft. Our sleep masks do not have a ''pocket'' for your eyes and as such the silk would come into contact with your lashes. However the strap that goes around your head is fully adjustable so there's no need to have it really tight on, so you can adjust it to fit your head and allow for your lashes too. The mask is also very soft and contains some light cushioning inside the black-out padding.
We've never had any complaints about eyelash extensions so we’re confident to say that you should be fine! If after purchasing an eye mask you find for whatever reason that it doesn't work for you then you can return it to us at no cost and we will refund you no questions asked!
Our eye masks are not principally intended to be sound muffling. However, due to the nature of the design, and the extra padding used that wraps entirely around the head, a great secondary feature of the mask is that it does help to reduce noise and muffle sound. If you have a partner who snores, or if you fly a lot, you will notice the difference!
We have spent hours with our product development team and manufacturers to be able to make all of our masks, no matter the colour of the silk, 100% black-out.

Your best bet is to spray the pillow spray on your pillow. Even if you are using an eye mask, you will still benefit from the aromas on your pillow as the mask doesn’t cover your nose at all.

No. The Sleep S.O.S Pillow spray is not intended for topical use whatsoever. It is scent-based product only for application on bed linen and pillows etc. Avoid direct contact with skin. Allow a few minutes for the spray to soak into your pillow before lying down.

No the spray is designed and formulated so as not to stain, however if you are at worried about certain fabrics or bed linen, we recommend testing with 1 spray to begin with and gradually increasing, to be sure.
All our essential oils are 100% natural and have been approved for use in our products. However, if you experience any unwanted or abnormal effects, then stop use immediately, contact us and we will arrange a return and refund for you.
Our pillow sprays have been formulated to be long lasting. This means that unlike other pillow sprays on the market, you only need to apply a couple of spritzes to your pillow to benefit from the sleep enhancing aromas - all night long. We’ve calculated that one of our 50ml pillow sprays should give you up to 6 months of glorious deep sleep!

Unfortunately we do not give out discount codes unless we are running an offer or a seasonal promotion. If you head to our website homepage however, in the footer you can join our email list! We will keep you in the loop whenever we are running offers so that you are sure not to miss out! In the meantime, you can enjoy any of our products in the knowledge that if they are not for you, you can return them easily to us at no cost.
We currently do not give away free samples of our products unfortunately. If you want to try a sample size of our pillow spray we have a 5ml option available HERE
For all other products, remember we have a 60 day returns policy so if you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us.
If you receive your order confirmation and realise that something is wrong, missing or incorrect, please contact our customer care advisor straight away at hello@drowsysleepco.com, who will assist you as quickly as possible. Please provide your order number in the message.
Sometimes these can end up in your junk or spam folder so check there first and if still no luck then you can contact our customer care team at support@drowsysleepco.com and we will let you know if your order has been placed correctly, and we’ll be able to resend you a confirmation of order if necessary.
The majority of orders are shipped out in branded mailer boxes. These boxes are primarily intended to protect your products from damage during transit, so if the mailer box arrives with a few bumps and dents on it, but everything inside is fine - then don’t worry - it’s done its job!
Currently we do not offer this service unfortunately. We are working on this as we would love to be able to offer this to our customers very soon!
We are still a small family run start up and unfortunately at this moment we do not have the staff capabilities to be able to offer customer services or order placing via telephone or indeed by post.
If you are a customer and need to get in touch with us about your order or you have a general enquiry, you can email our customer services advisor at support@drowsysleepco.com and she will do her best to get back to you within 24 hours.
We do not include any billing or payment paperwork inside orders shipped within the UK.
So you can order as a gift for someone, using their address as the delivery address and let us do the rest! They will receive their beautifully presented order in custom Drowsy packaging.
Cancelling or ammending an order
If you have recently placed an order with us and have since decided that you would like to cancel that order, please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on when the order was placed we may be able to cancel your order before it has been processed by the warehouse and avoid it being shipped out.
If on the other hand it has already left our fulfillment center by the time you contact us to cancel, we may not be able to stop it in its tracks. In this case, we would ask you to notify us once it has been delivered and from there we can arrange the return of it with you.
