This depends on the product you are using and what ingredients it contains. Some facial products do not stain or get soaked up at all. To be on the safe side, we would recommend allowing 15-20 mins after application of your eye cream/gel/oil, in the evening before putting the mask on. By following the care instructions that come with our eye masks, (also available on our website) you can wash them too from time to time to keep them silky and clean!
If you have any doubts about a particular product, try testing a small amount on the silk carry pouch that comes with your mask to see whether it stains, and if so, whether it can be easily washed out.

Silk is recommended for sleep masks when you have eyelash extensions as the material is very light and soft. Our sleep masks do not have a ''pocket'' for your eyes and as such the silk would come into contact with your lashes.
However the strap that goes around your head is fully adjustable so there's no need to have it really tight on, so you can adjust it to fit your head and allow for your lashes too. The mask is also very soft and contains some light cushioning inside the black-out padding.
We've never had any complaints about eyelash extensions so we’re confident to say that you should be fine! If after purchasing an eye mask you find for whatever reason that it doesn't work for you then you can return it to us at no cost and we will refund you no questions asked!

It depends on the size of your oil burner but we find that for 50ml of water we add 4-6 drops of pure essential oil.
Our oils are very strong in potency due to the quality of the oils that we use. So it may be that 2-3 drops is sufficient for you. The key is to create a reassuring environment in which to sleep.
If you do not have a diffuser, we would recommend using an oil burner for an hour whilst you prepare for bed. You can always increase this quantity if you have a larger space to fill or you find that it is not strong enough.
Please always be very careful when using products near an naked flame. Essential oils are highly flammable and a lot of care must be taken when using them. Ensure that no pets or children are around and always make sure that you have blown out the flame before going to sleep. We would never recommend using an oil burner or even diffuser whilst you are asleep.

Apply to cleansed skin under the eye and gently dab onto the skin. Leave the gel to soak in, do not massage in.
Yes you can use our eye gel alongside your makeup. We recommend applying the eye gel first and giving it a few minutes to dry before applying makeup in the morning. It's also great at the end of the day once you have washed make-up off.
We personally recommend storing it in the fridge as it has a wonderful cooling effect, perfect for those tired, puffy morning eyes.
The collagen gel is a very soothing, natural formula. However all skin types are different. If you are concerned, patch test a small amount before hand to see before applying to both eyes. If you do experience irritation cease use or consult your dermatologist.

The majority of orders are shipped out in branded mailer boxes. These boxes are primarily intended to protect your products from damage during transit, so if the mailer box arrives with a few bumps and dents on it, but everything inside is fine - then don’t worry - it’s done its job!

Cancelling or ammending an order
If you have recently placed an order with us and have since decided that you would like to cancel that order, please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on when the order was placed we may be able to cancel your order before it has been processed by the warehouse and avoid it being shipped out.
If on the other hand it has already left our fulfillment center by the time you contact us to cancel, we may not be able to stop it in its tracks. In this case, we would ask you to notify us once it has been delivered and from there we can arrange the return of it with you.
If you wish to amend an order you can do so by contacting us immediately after purchase and hopefully we can assist you with this. In the event that your order has already been processed and shipped out, it may not be possible for us to amend your order. We do accept returns however so if you’d like to return an item once you receive it just let us know. If you’d like to add an item to your order then we would suggest putting this through as a separate order.
If you have provided us with the wrong delivery address or you would like to change the delivery address after you have placed an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can try to help you. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the address for you however we will try our best!
Once in a blue moon the atomiser tops on our bottles may incur a minor fault in the spring mechanism which will prohibit the liquid from being dispensed properly as a fine mist. This happens very very rarely and If you are the unlucky person that has experienced this, then please accept our apologies and get in touch with us immediately and we will send you out a new one no questions asked.

Ahhh, I knew a few of you would come looking for an answer to this. To put it simply, you don’t know you need us until you’ve tried us. And from that point on we will be sharing a bed with you forever.
Your sleeping space should be your zen den.
Declutter your sleeping space. It should be a peaceful and positive space with no unnecessary distractions. Laptops, tv’s, computers, piles of dirty laundry and kids toys - belong elsewhere.
Black out blinds. Paint the walls neutral colors. Invest in a good mattress and pillows.
My Drowsy Store Account
To update your billing or delivery address, please sign into your account on the website and select “edit addresses” to edit your address. If you have recently placed an order and need to update the delivery address for that order you will need to contact us directly to see whether it’s possible to modify it before it’s delivered.
Log in to your account to be able to change your contact details such telephone number and email address.
Don’t panic. At the sign in, click “Forgot Password?” and enter your email in the following bar when prompted to recover your password. You will be sent a link to your registered email address to reset your password.
