Customs, Duties and Taxes
Drowsy Sleep Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Step 1: Enter your order number and zip code or alternatively your email and select the item(s) you're sending back and click the “RETURN ITEMS” button.
Step 2: Follow the steps to complete the return and receive the prepaid shipping label.
Step 3: Print your return label and mail back the original item(s). Please note: your package should only include items listed on that particular return packing slip.
Step 4: Once we receive your return, we will refund the full balance or any remaining balance back to your original payment method.
Weighted Blanket return/refund policy
Try it for 100 days, and if you’re not happy then send it back and we refund you, no questions asked. Please contact customer support to handle the returns.

For International returns outside the UK:
International returns outside of the UK will be required to bear the cost of delivering/shipping the goods to us. Goods must be returned using recorded delivery so that the customer can demonstrate proof of mailing. Please contact customer service on hello@drowsysleepco.com providing, a) Order number, b) Full name, c) Postcode/ZIP code, d) Reason for return, e) Return tracking number.

Once we have received your returned order back to our warehouse, we will promptly issue a refund back to the original payment method you used at the time of purchase. Please note this may take 10-15 days after receiving the returned item/s.
If your order arrives damaged then please email us at support@drowsysleepco.com with photos demonstrating the damage and tell us in words what the problem is. We will take things from there with you.
If you want to return a product you bought, but you have already used it or you believe it is in a condition that is non-returnable, then please email us with photos and a description of the product and we will see if it is possible to accept a return.

When returning bundles, unless you return all items from the bundle you will be charged full price for the items that you decide to keep (at individual retail price) and only be refunded for the difference of returned item/s (at their bundle price).
If all items from the bundle are returned then you will be refunded for 100% of the total cost you paid for that bundle.
Order Enquiries
Unfortunately we do not give out discount codes unless we are running an offer or a seasonal promotion. If you head to our website homepage however, in the footer you can join our email list! We will keep you in the loop whenever we are running offers so that you are sure not to miss out! In the meantime, you can enjoy any of our products in the knowledge that if they are not for you, you can return them easily to us at no cost.
We currently do not give away free samples of our products unfortunately. If you want to try a sample size of our pillow spray we have a 5ml option available HERE
For all other products, remember we have a 60 day returns policy so if you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us.
If you receive your order confirmation and realise that something is wrong, missing or incorrect, please contact our customer care advisor straight away at hello@drowsysleepco.com, who will assist you as quickly as possible. Please provide your order number in the message.
Sometimes these can end up in your junk or spam folder so check there first and if still no luck then you can contact our customer care team at support@drowsysleepco.com and we will let you know if your order has been placed correctly, and we’ll be able to resend you a confirmation of order if necessary.
The majority of orders are shipped out in branded mailer boxes. These boxes are primarily intended to protect your products from damage during transit, so if the mailer box arrives with a few bumps and dents on it, but everything inside is fine - then don’t worry - it’s done its job!
Currently we do not offer this service unfortunately. We are working on this as we would love to be able to offer this to our customers very soon!
We are still a small family run start up and unfortunately at this moment we do not have the staff capabilities to be able to offer customer services or order placing via telephone or indeed by post.
If you are a customer and need to get in touch with us about your order or you have a general enquiry, you can email our customer services advisor at support@drowsysleepco.com and she will do her best to get back to you within 24 hours.
We do not include any billing or payment paperwork inside orders shipped within the UK.
So you can order as a gift for someone, using their address as the delivery address and let us do the rest! They will receive their beautifully presented order in custom Drowsy packaging.
Cancelling or ammending an order
If you have recently placed an order with us and have since decided that you would like to cancel that order, please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on when the order was placed we may be able to cancel your order before it has been processed by the warehouse and avoid it being shipped out.
If on the other hand it has already left our fulfillment center by the time you contact us to cancel, we may not be able to stop it in its tracks. In this case, we would ask you to notify us once it has been delivered and from there we can arrange the return of it with you.
If you wish to amend an order you can do so by contacting us immediately after purchase and hopefully we can assist you with this. In the event that your order has already been processed and shipped out, it may not be possible for us to amend your order. We do accept returns however so if you’d like to return an item once you receive it just let us know. If you’d like to add an item to your order then we would suggest putting this through as a separate order.
If you have provided us with the wrong delivery address or you would like to change the delivery address after you have placed an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can try to help you. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the address for you however we will try our best!
Faulty Items
Once in a blue moon the atomiser tops on our bottles may incur a minor fault in the spring mechanism which will prohibit the liquid from being dispensed properly as a fine mist. This happens very very rarely and If you are the unlucky person that has experienced this, then please accept our apologies and get in touch with us immediately and we will send you out a new one no questions asked.
If you have received your order and there is a fault with one of your products, please accept our sincere apologies and give us the opportunity to fix the problem as swiftly as possible.
Please contact our customer service team at support@drowsysleepco.com and provide your order number, product name, a written description of the fault and a video or some photos and we will get back to you promptly.
Missing Item or Incorrect Order
Oops! We are so sorry about this! We have a very hardworking and dedicated warehouse team who work around the clock to fulfill our orders for us. Very very occasionally due to simple human error, there’s a chance that one of our shipments may have been packed incorrectly.
Please accept our sincere apologies about this and contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you swiftly.
If you have ordered more than 1 item, it is possible that your order will be sent in 2 separate consignments. Please contact us and we can ask our courier company if this is the case.

Alternatively, you can message us directly and we will try to give you an expected arrival date for that particular product - please note that if we are able to provide you with an expected arrival date, that this can change due to unexpected delays within our supply chain.
Delivery
If you don’t see the option on our website for delivery to your country then perhaps try buying on our Amazon page instead. If you still have no luck there, then unfortunately we can’t get Drowsy to you at this time! However, we are planning on launching in many more countries and continents very soon! So don’t give up hope just yet! Check back soon to see when we might be able to make your Drowsy dreams come true!
Once your order has been processed and has been packaged up and scanned out of the warehouse, you will receive an email with a unique tracking reference number.
You can click on this via the email to see live updates and estimated delivery dates. If you require any further assistance, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you.
If you still haven’t received your order and you had expected to receive it by now, then please check the tracking details in the email we sent you. It is possible that no one was in when the courier attempted to deliver, in which case, in most instances they will try again the following working day. Please contact our customer care team at support@drowsysleepco.com if you require further assistance with a delivery.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards as well as Google Pay, Apple pay, Shop Pay, and Amex.
If you are unable to pay with any of these options then you could always try our Amazon page and see whether your card will work on there instead.
We do not accept payment by postal order or bank transfer unfortunately.
If you live in a country or territory where you are not liable to pay VAT then please contact our customer care team by email at support@drowsysleepco.com post-purchase confirming your billing address and order number and we will arrange for the VAT to be refunded to you as soon as possible.

My Drowsy Store Account
To update your billing or delivery address, please sign into your account on the website and select “edit addresses” to edit your address. If you have recently placed an order and need to update the delivery address for that order you will need to contact us directly to see whether it’s possible to modify it before it’s delivered.
Log in to your account to be able to change your contact details such telephone number and email address.
Don’t panic. At the sign in, click “Forgot Password?” and enter your email in the following bar when prompted to recover your password. You will be sent a link to your registered email address to reset your password.
If you are experiencing any other problems with your account, please contact our customer care team at support@drowsysleepco.com and we will reply as soon as possible to assist you.
You can redeem a gift card by entering the gift card code at the address details page of the checkout/cart.
Don’t worry! That credit ain’t going nowhere! When you’re running low on your last pillow spray or fancy trying a new Drowsy product, you can enter the same gift card details to redeem the remaining credit/balance.
Please ask the person you sent the gift card to to check their “promotions’” folder or Gmail or the junk folder on other email addresses. Sometimes if they have never received an email from Drowsy before, the gift card may not end up in their primary inbox. If they still cannot locate the email, please contact our customer care team at support@drowsysleepco.com who will resend the email to them.
