Terms & Conditions Drowsy Hotel Paradiso Launch Raffle

1. PROMOTER

This prize draw ("Raffle") is promoted by Drowsy Sleep Co Limited, Vicarage Court, 160 Ermin Street, Swindon, Wiltshire, England, SN3 4NE. Contact:

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Drowsy Sleep Co Limited and any associated agencies are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

Start date: 9 June 2025. Entry deadline: Entries close at 23:59 (GMT) on 30 June 2025 ("Closing Date"). Entries received after this time will not be valid.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Raffle, participants must complete both of the following steps: (1) Join the Drowsy VIP early access list before the Hotel Paradiso collection launch on 9 June 2025; AND (2) Place at least one paid order from the Hotel Paradiso collection between 9 June 2025 and 30 June 2025 inclusive. Each eligible participant receives one (1) entry regardless of the number of orders placed. Alternative free entry method: In accordance with applicable UK law, participants may enter without making a purchase by sending their full name and email address to

with the subject line "Hotel Paradiso Raffle Free Entry" before the Closing Date. One free entry per person. Free entry provides an equal chance of winning.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive one overnight stay ("Prize") at a hotel selected solely by Drowsy, located near the winner's primary place of residence in the United Kingdom. Approximate retail value: £150–£500. Hotel selection is at the sole and absolute discretion of Drowsy. The Prize is valid for 6 months from the date of winner notification. Certain dates may be unavailable at the hotel's discretion. The Prize covers one room for one night only and does not include travel, meals, drinks, or incidentals. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Drowsy reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries after the Closing Date. The draw will take place on or around 1 July 2025. The winner will be notified by email within 48 hours. The winner must respond and confirm acceptance within 7 days; failure to do so may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternative winner. Separate explicit consent will be requested before any public announcement of the winner's details.

7. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY (UK GDPR)

Personal data collected will be used solely to administer the Raffle and fulfil the Prize. Data will not be sold to third parties. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interests. Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing by contacting

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drowsy accepts no liability for entries lost, delayed, or not received, or for technical failures affecting entry or notification. Total liability shall not exceed the value of the Prize. Nothing herein excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Drowsy reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this Raffle due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Drowsy reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these T&Cs or acts fraudulently. This Raffle is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
