I decided to spend the money on this sleep mask because I use a mask every night. My partner often comes to bed later then me or/and is on his computer or phone in bed. I'm a super light sleeper and any change in light or sound will wake me. I wear ear plugs and an eye mask. This mask and other mask move at night as you move but due to the size and fit of this one it is likely to still cover my eyes and doesnt actually come off like traditional masks. The movement doesn't mess with my hair due to the silk material around the back and sides. The elastic strap around the back of traditional masks would rub my ears, this one doesn't. Also, it helps keep my ear plugs in. Since using this mask I've not been woken once by light change and only a handful of times by sound. I'm super impressed. It does and still is taking a little getting used wearing it but I am definitely happy with my purchase. I haven't yet washed it so I'm hoping the material stays the same quality. I shall be in touch with the company if not.
